Template: stealable lernable powers is a shortcut template to be used within the Powers table of a character's combat stats. Since there are so many powers, this template will be expanded as needed instead of completed as a whole.
Parameters & Usage
- 1st Parameter - Power Name
- 2nd Parameter - If Dark Mode (any value)
- 3rd Parameter - If it's a modified power, put the change here
- 4th Parameter - If stealable power is rare (any value)
