The Winter City is the ancestral home of the Frost Elves, situated in the far north of the Frostwood

- Waystone - quick travel means that leads to the Ways Between (requires Inheriter of the Idols to be active/completed)
- Palace of Ice - The seat of the elven royalty, placed at the far north point of the city.
- Mary's Alchemy Shop - Local alchemy shop run by Marigold and Kesuk (post Palace of Ice).
- Elevators - Structure granting access to the Glacial Rift (post Palace of Ice).
