The Ham Sandwich is one of the options for interacting with Lottie via her "Items" menu. It consists, as the title implies, of purchasing a ham sandwich from the nearby cafe and offering it to her. As Lottie is a pig-girl, she naturally reacts in disgusted horror at the idea, asking what is wrong with the PC, who mindlessly holds up their hand for a high-five that, naturally, never comes.
Fenoxo found this idea to be so ridiculous that he created the Silly Toggle specifically for it and all other material like it. As a result, the PC cannot encounter the Ham Sandwich scene unless they have the Silly Toggle active.
The player gets 2 Corruption each time they try to offer a Ham Sandwich to Lottie.
