Goo-Girls are amorphous, simplistic organisms that consist of massive blobs of partially translucent opaque slime in assorted colors, which instinctively style themselves into the bodies of quasi-humanoid female figures. With only animal-level intelligence, they exist to feed, multiply and pleasure themselves, leading to their attacking humanoids to rape them.

A Goo-Girl appears, as the name suggests, as a fundamentally human-like female creature made of an indescribable "sludge" for a physical body. It can mold its body with a thought, altering its proportions and features as it sees fit, even reverting to a shapeless, semi-liquid mass for greater stealth and speed. They come in a variety of different colors, each of which favors a different form and has different abilities.
