The manor is only accessible after sacrificing Rinny and being caught by Pixie. Progress through the storyline, fully obtain one of the outfits, and continue through the Manor.

During this process, During this process, the player will notice Rinny locked behind a room with a tall woman. Intervening to try to save Rinny results in a body mutilation bad ending.
