Using this item will unlock a virtual reality version of the fight with one of Doctor Po’s sexdolls.

Dropped after defeating the 12th Fuckdoll during Kiro Quest
Usage
When used, it becomes a Key item. The Key Item allows you to replay fighting a random generic Fuckdoll while using a VR system such as the Mindwash Visor. Fighting them while in the simulation will have no effects on your body and cannot result in a Bad End.
