Found in the Farrow Facility next to the Steele Tech Probe, if you sided with Bright Water.
Usage
Can be equipped as armor or be sold to a vendor for credits.
Opaque by default but can be made Transparent in the Appearance screen, trading Resolve for Sexiness.
