An actuator's raiments

A relatively short, pentagon-shaped mitre adorned with a golden cog-power symbol, paired with a wide, felt collar with long, wide sleeves and a thick, central, tie-like slice of hanging fabric patterned with more golden cogs, all of it in deep red and black, trimmed in gold. It looks a bit like a poncho, or more properly a chasuble, if such a garment left pretty much everything except your head, neck, shoulders and arms completely exposed.
