Can be purchased from Ceria at the Shear Beauty hair salon on Tavros Station.
Usage
This item is not consumed on use. This item cannot be used mid-combat. On use you will gain the status effect Phoenix Shine Worn for 48 hours. It also unlocks the Kiss Balls Tease.
The Phoenix Shine Worn status effect gives:
- 10% bonus to tease attacks
- Increases Sexiness by 1
Kiss Balls
- Can only be used on a target with Balls
- If the target is Flying, Steele must also be Flying or Levitating to reach
- Causes Tease damage and the Blue Balls status, increasing Tease damage received by 25%
- Removes Pheonix Shine Worn
