The label of this Blue Crab product is an ancient, sepia style drawing of a scribe, penning the word “Circumscriber” on a scroll. Inside there is a glittery orange cream filled with microsurgeons, outdated but still endorsed by several health agencies, that when applied to a penis can erase a sheath, a foreskin or result in negligible decreases in its length or thickness.

Acquisition
Can be purchased from Gene at his shop on Myrellion.
Usage
This item requires a penis to use. It is applied on use and will display a menu to choose which penis to use the drug on. In doing so, the cream will have immediate permanent effects on the player character, or will have no effect.
