Fox Jewel is a kitsune transformation item. It can be obtained by beating a Forest Kitsune in the Deepwoods or from opening a Kitsune's Gift.
A shiny teardrop-shaped jewel. An eerie blue flame dances beneath the surface.

- (Eight fox tails, Intelligence>90, Level>8) Meditate at the shrine in the Deepwoods with a Fox Jewel to gain ninth tail and the Nine-tails (Enlightened) perk.
- (Fox tail, non-fox ears) Gain fox ears
- Changes hair/fur color to golden-blonde, silver-blonde, white, black, or red
- Changes skin type from fur or scales to tan, olive, or white plain skin
- Changes skin tone to dark, ebony, ashen, sable, or milky white

- Femininity changes towards 50
- (Muscle tone≥40) Muscle tone decreases
- Hip rating changes towards 10
- (Hair length<16, Hair length>26) Hair length changes towards 16-26
- (Vaginal capacity<8000) Vaginal capacity increases
Mystic Jewel
Mystic Jewel is a Fox Jewel that Lumi has enchanted for 100 gems. They have more possible effects and an increased chance of transformations occurring.
The flames within this jewel glow brighter than before, and have taken on a sinister purple hue. It has been enhanced to increase its potency, allowing it to transform you more easily, but may have odd side effects…
- (Eight fox tails, Intelligence>90, Level>8) Gain ninth tail and Nine-tails (Corrupted) perk
