Gender

Gender, that is to say a character's sex, is integral to interactions of Corruption of Champions. No, there are not two genders, at least not in this game. Gender does affect outward appearance; hormones from being a certain gender places a cap on a PC's masculinity/femininity and will usually shift their hidden masculinity/femininity stat in the appropriate direction.

All characters fall into 4 Gender categories in Corruption of Champions:

Male

A character with at least one penis and no vagina.

Trap

Traps are feminine male characters, being exceptions to the hormonal shift and femininity cap for males. With the help of certain perks, a PC can also become a trap. Pronouns used as a trap aren't necessarily reflective of being male. Some traps use female pronouns, like Rubi, while others still behave as a male, like Joey.

Shemale

A character who has a feminine physique, complete with sizeable female breasts, but has only male genitalia. While their sex is male, but they may use female pronouns. Only one known shemales exists in Corruption of Champions: Roxanne Poisontail, who resides in the Bizarre Bazaar.

Female

A character with at least one vagina and no penis. Breasts and curvy hips are optional, but often come with most transformations that give a vagina.

Hermaphrodite

Often shortened to herm, a hermaphrodite is a character with both male and female genitalia.

MaleHerm

Used to describe a still masculine character with a penis and balls that also has a vagina. Presumably, having no breasts is also a requirement(requires some testing).

Futanari

Another term for a feminine hermaphrodite(as most end up being), though one who fits this description doesn't necessarily have testes.

Genderless

A character can lose their genitalia altogether, leaving them without a gender. Despite not having a vagina or penis, a player can still get "pregnant" through their still present anus from beings like the Bee-Girl. All anal pregnancies will proceed as usual, and masturbation, aside from nipple stimulation, becomes anal.
