The Mages of the Covenant - or Council of Tel'Adre - is a group of mages residing at the Tower of Tel'Adre. Their main task is to protect the sity from magical assaults and retain its cloak of secrecy from the Demons but they also occasionally perform other civic duties to the inhabitants.
