The Hellhound is one of the sentient (possibly) species of Mareth. The hellhound race was developed by the demons by corrupting dog-morphs.
The hellhound is described in an official codex.
Hellhound NPCs
- One or more unnamed Hellhounds - Roaming the Mountain.
- One of the four males you can BJ at the Salon to pay for their services is a "canine". It is not clear what that means. It may be a hellhound or possibly a dog-morph but most likely just a regular dog.
- Hellhound puppies - A PC with a vagina can be impregnated by a hellhound. The puppies leave their mother as soon as they're born and are never encountered again.
Becoming a Hellhound
It is not possible to transform into a hellhound and stay in the game. You can become a dog-morph though.
Bad End transformation
In the Cerberus Bad End you merge with a two-headed hellhound and become the first ever three-headed one.
