A cosmetic appearance tag, the Exposed-Crotch tag plays in niche cases for scenes that have a variation where said character has said exposed part or not (exposed also requires not wearing the associated Top or Bottom item, unless said equipped item also has the appropriate exposed tag). e.g. In the Succubus Blackguard's Dominate Her:
You take your sweet time stripping your gear, making her squirm in anticipation while you bare yourself slowly to her sight. Finally, you're completely free from your clothing.
Luckily for you, you came prepared, crotch bared for anyone and everyone to see. It certainly comes in hand now, not having to strip down in order to have your way with the succubus before you.
