How to get more info?

Is there any way to get the info about the duration, belly, milk, etc for pregnancy?

So far for some of these the only info I have is from the patch notes which are usually very sparse. Any help would be appreciated.

PS - I only ask about writing up what the patches note have because I've noticed some pregnancies that have been implemented for quite a while still haven't made it in, so it's not just recent stuff (aka Quin knocking the Champion up, which was implemented when he was introduced on 16 Dec. 2019). And I'd completely understand if you don't want to go searching through old patch notes for stuff like that. (I, on the other hand, am quite willing to do so. Again, thank you! This is the page I use most often, so it's really appreciated. Since you didn't say you'd prefer I didn't, I'll go ahead and add what little info there is from patch notes in, that way when you have the time, all you have to do is fill in the blanks.
