Conditions
This weapon can only be equipped by a character with (20+) Corruption.

Equipping the staff for the first time gives (+5) Corruption. Additionally, it allows the Champion to equip and use the At-Will power, Groping Tentacles. The item must be equipped for the Champion to use the power.
Acquisition
Dropped by the Tainted Witch after defeating her for the first time.
