You fervently hope that the garish combination is just an eccentricity of the man, although it is conceivable that it may have simply gone out of style years ago. At his hip, hangs a long slender fencing blade, at odds with his portly stature.

Humiliate Lord Krawitz is a storyline key quest that the player unlocks in Rigard. As part of the player's early quest to unlock the secret of the portal gem, they need to see [[Jeanne]], the Court Mage, but they do not have the status needed to see her. A pair of nobles offer to use their influence to arrange matters, if the player will help them by humiliating the pompous Lord Krawitz, an unpopular and bigoted nobleman.

------

This quest can be started by approaching the Castle in Rigard from the Plaza. The player will be instructed to head to the Inn and investigate the Stranger ([[Lei]]), who is apparently stalking a pair of courting nobles.

After speaking to the Stranger, the player will approach the nobles and the quest will be started, as they explain their wish for Krawitz's humiliation in exchange for their help. They will explain how he can be found in the Plaza, if they wish to try directly confronting him, or they could attempt to invade his home and cause mischief.

====Dueling Krawitz====

----

Using the Explore function in the Plaza has a chance of randomly generating Lord Krawitz as an encounter. Being his offensive self gives the player to offer him a challenge to a fencing duel, or leave. The player has only a single chance to challenge Krawitz, so they should approach the matter cautiously.

Victory against Lord Krawitz is dependent upon the player's Dexterity score.

*At Dexterity 40 or less, they are guaranteed to lose the match, leaving them with the only choice of raiding the mansion.

*With a Dexterity of 41 to 60, they have a random chance of either losing the match or scoring a victory (1 humiliation point).

*With a Dexterity of 61 to 80, they have a random chance of scoring either a victory (1 humiliation point) or a humiliating victory (2 humiliation points).

*Dexterity 81 or more guarantees a humiliating victory (2 humiliation points).

'''If you wish to earn the points for this option, you MUST undertake it BEFORE you chose to raid the mansion.'''

====Raiding Krawitz's mansion====

----

There are two ways to go about raiding the mansion; getting employed as a servant, or sneaking in at night.

To get employed as a servant, approach Krawitz's mansion between 6:00 and 20:00 to overhear the servants complaining and find out that a new servant is required. You only have a single opportunity to take this role; if you turn it down rather than speaking up, then you will have to resort to stealth. If you choose this route, you will be instructed to return at 20:00, whereupon you will be given Servant's Clothes to wear and 50 gold pieces.

If you resort to the sneaking in route, approach the mansion at 20:00 or later. You need to enter the Servant's Quarters and scavenge a set of Servant's Clothes to be able to do your mission, otherwise you will fail the quest.

Once you are inside and dressed in Servant's Clothes,begin by going to the bath house. The Krawitz Women of the house will ask you to bring them some wine.

Then go to the mansion and  to the Study. Lord Krawitz will instruct you to go to the Kitchen and get him some food.

Head to the Kitchen and retrieve Krawitz's food. Return to it to get the wine. Before returning to the Study and the bath house, go to the Storeroom and investigate the  Cabinet and Chest (the chest is only accessible after you here some servants speak about it in an explore event on the grounds); take the contents and use them to spike the wine (aphrodisiac) and food (cat transformative), then return to the Study and give Krawitz the Spiked Food. He will grow cat ears and a cat's tail, then drive you out of the Study in a panic.

Return to the Bathhouse and give the Krawitz Women the Drugged Wine. They will offer you sex in their drugged-up state, but accepting or refusing is a matter of personal taste; having intercourse with them doesn't alter your end-quest score.

Once the Krawitz Women have been drugged, return to the Servant's Quarters. There, give the remaining Drugged Wine to the servants and then direct them to the Bathhouse.

Return to the Bathhouse; Krawitz will appear, horrified to discover his wife and daughter having an orgy with his servants. This means the Study is now unlocked again...

Return to the Study and steal the Sword and the Binder.

With the mansion now in a total uproar, and with Krawitz's most-prized (and legally dangerous) items in your possession, you may leave the mansion and end the quest.

====Ending the Quest====

----

After either or both of the options above have been completed, the player can return to the inn and speak to the nobles to end the quest. The more "humiliation points" they earned from their interactions with Krawitz, the better they will do for completing this quest. At its end, they will unlock the Terry recruitment quest and the next phase of the main storyline. The above guideline notes the maximum route for acquiring humiliation points when raiding the mansion.

Description

Lord Krawitz is a fencing instructor with a large mansion in the city of Rigard. He is the target of a humiliation quest necessary to enter the Castle and meet Jeanne; old of age, he has never been bested in fencing and prizes his sword above all else. Due to his relative high status in the city, even teaching the heirs to the King and Queen, Lord Krawitz has a trophy wife, called Marlene, is similar in age to his only daughter, called Ginny; unsurprisingly, they are hinted to not be as chaste as they would be expected to be. As a pure-human, he has a distain towards morphs, but hypocritically employs them in his mansion as servants for little pay and hostile treatment. During more recent years, it is apparent that he has had some financial trouble and his estate is close to bankruptcy; as such, Lord Krawitz has been undertaking questionably legal business practices in hopes of restoring his fortune.

Appearance

The noble is on the short side, and his stomach shows something of a paunch. He is visibly balding, his gray hair leaving a shiny spot at the top of his head. His velvet clothing looks like it was cut to fit him when he was a fitter man, but is still in good condition. Well, that is, unless its purple and orange coloration somehow developed with age. You fervently hope that the garish combination is just an eccentricity of the man, although it is conceivable that it may have simply gone out of style years ago. At his hip, hangs a long slender fencing blade, at odds with his portly stature.

Spiked Food Transformation

After a dozen mouthfuls or so, the old man suddenly twitches, as a shudder runs through his body. He looks like he is about to be very ill. “What in the-” he starts, before his irritated complaint suddenly cuts off, and he staggers backwards, gasping. The lord’s pitiful cry turns into a curious mewling, as a pair of feline ears sprout from his balding scalp. A ripping noise from his bottom precedes the appearance of a long, fluffy tail, which sways about erratically. The confused lord scrabbles about on the floor, panicking as fur starts to grow on the back of his hands, turning them to paws.

Walking along, your eyes are drawn to a man in front of you. He reaches up, to pull the hood of his cloak further down over his face, even though only a hint of his features is visible as it is.

Hold on… now that you look, isn’t that Krawitz? The same paunch to his stomach, the same height, the same ratty eyes. There’s a new slump to his shoulders, however, as he hunches down beneath his hood and hurries along somewhere. You consider calling attention to him, but decide against it. He seems to be suffering enough already
