Love Starz
The Love Starz is an independent L-pop group that Steele tech has a majority stake in.
It's members include Pink (de facto leader), Blue (choreographer), and Green (songwriter)
Unlocking
The Love Starz can be met after reading Colm's email, which is sent sometime after unlocking Tarkus. After reading the email go to Tavros to meet up with Colm who will take you to one of their concerts and the green room afterward for a short meeting with the pop group, after which the penthouse is unlocked.

Vacation
6 hours after completing the above interactions the "Love Starz" members will go on vacation. They will not return until all members have been visited on their respective vacations.
