Jasvalla will first appear on Tavros near the hangar bay. The player will need to read the codex entry on Dzaan before interacting with her. She will then declare her intent to hunt the player into submission. At which point the player is prompted to go to the police (if they do not want to have a stalker). They can also ignore this and be hunted (see hunt section below).
