A skilled user can cause the caster's stream to arc between multiple targets, making it a favored weapon for crowd control situations.
Acquisition
This item can be acquired by fighting and defeating Shade after choosing the trip and fall option in Kara's quest where the player has to distract Shade.
Usage
Can be equipped as a ranged weapon or be sold to a vendor for credits.
