Halloween is a seasonal active from October 19 until November 7, or enabled via cheats.

Poe A

Steele will get an invitation to Poe A's masque if they have not received one yet.
If Steele has Access to Poe A that will receive an invitation to house of Whorrors during Halloween

Quests

Full-on quests available during the Halloween seasons

The Kashima Incident

[Level 7+] 25% chance of receiving a distress call that will start The Kashima Incident quest while traveling to or from Myrellion

Event Whorizon

[Level 7+] 25% chance of stumbling upon the Event Whorizon while travelling between planets if Steele has genitals

Pump King Quest

[Level 7+] Steele has a chance of receiving an e-mail from Penny starting The Pump-King quest
- That event is no longer obtainable once Penny has joined your crew
- While the Pump-King quest is ongoing, the Pump-king can be encountered on Mhen'ga between 23:00 and 1:00 in-game

Paige

Visiting Paige in her apartment will lead to a special Halloween scene.

Sex scene can be repeated after completing it.

Kiro

After Kiro has been recruited (assuming she has not bimbofied) Kiro will approach Steele wearing a lewd firefighter outfit. And tell Steele the tale of the Bimbo Hat. She asks Steele who to use the hat on. As long as the hat is worn by either Steele or Kiro, Kiro gives the hat to Steele.

Reaha

Sleeping in your own ship while Reaha is in your crew will lead to a dream encounter with the Chupacabro

That event will reset once the season is over, and is repeatable year after year

Visiting Lorelei results in her dressing up and taking on a persona

Scenes can be repeated after completing them.

Sera

Visiting Sera at The Dark Chrysalis with her as your mistress and while having A-cup breasts or larger will lead to a scene where Steele is given Milk Caramel Gushers before having sex with Sera

Afterward, a repeatable version of this scene has a 1/20 chance of occurring when approaching Sera

Trick or Treat

Wandering your whilst having genitals of any kind can trigger an event where a clearly modded woman asks for a lewd trick or treat. Choosing Nope resets the scene.
