This item will be consumed on use. In doing so, it will have immediate permanent effects on the player character. It can rarely trigger up to 4 effects, and will most often trigger 2. Note: This item is one of the few items that can transform the PC when theyare of the goo race although all transformations will be of a gooey variant.
