Description
A rather brutal and cumbersome custom-weapon, the Phasic Whip is a three-branch whip that thrums with an electrical current when activated. While it’s robust enough (and heavy enough) to just be slammed into an enemy with precise and skillful blows, it originally appears to be used for ensnarement against single targets.
It seems ripe for modification and as a Mercenary, add some shielding to the hand-grip and mace tips to the end for knocking targets down.
The Mercenary varient of Petra's Phasic Whip Gains Stun Chance and +10 Fortification
