I just ran into a new (at least i think she's new) character called Minuet, I loaded up my file, moved once, and had an event pop up "You are being watched." in bold, then some more text that I didn't really read. A bit later I was attacked by her in the R&D floor, beat her, and then she told me to meet her on the rec floor.
