If the Tentatool data has not been viewed in the CODEX, the item cannot be used until doing so.

After taking the pill the player has 30 minutes before the effects appear. Between 2 and 4 effects can happen at the same time. 100% chance of 2, 50% chance of 3 and 33% chance of 4. The chance for each effect is random

Having too high of a tentacle score results in a bad end.

Normal Dosage Transformations

If target doesn't have tentacle hair	Remove/Change hair to tentacle hair
If target doesn't have tentacle tongue	Change tongue to tentacle tongue
If target has any non-tentacle nipples	Change all nipples to tentacle nipples
If target has any non-tentacle cocks	Change all cock(s) to tentacle cock(s)
If target doesn't have tentacle tail(s)	Remove/Change tail(s) to tentacle tail(s) with random cock or pussy tail
If target has skin color not in list and already has normal skin	Change skin, hair, eye, lip, nipple, and tail color to "green", "blue", "red", "purple", or "black"
If target doesn't have normal skin	change skin to normal skin
If target doesn't have lubricated skin	give lubricated skin
