Acquisition
After successfully completing Nevrie's coworker quest and visiting Dr. McAllister to finish his myr experimentation, this item will be available for purchase from Nevrie at the Xenogen Biotech Outpost on Myrellion.
Usage
This item will be consumed on use. In doing so, the pill will have immediate permanent effects on the player character, with up to five possible mutations total, or none at all.
