After finishing the Farrow Facility, if it was not owned by Bright Water, a rumor can be randomly encountered in the streets of Dhaal.

If met at the Farrow Facility or the rumor is encountered, Harru will be in Bright Water owned milk bar on Dhaal, where she will ask if you want to sign up for some trials to help Bright Water develop a zaika transformative (The same trials as when you volunteer in farrow facility.) Each trial can only be done once, has some permanent side-effects, and you will be paid for each trial. Each trial results in a sexual encounter.

Sells

Three days after meeting her, she will sell cans of Twilit (Zaika tf) for 500 per.
