Description
U.G.C. Peacekeeper officer leading a team to secure an area of the Chasm due to pirates taking over the Stellar Tether on Tarkus. Captain Steele can offer to help the Peacekeepers settle the situation.
Appearance
A grizzled older man chomping on a cigar, the Peacekeeper pulls down the rim of his sunglasses as you wander up, looking you up and down.
History/Personality/Information of Note
Decker used to work security for Victor Steele, back during the Strike of '10.
Interactions
Because of the potential risk of a bomb detonation, there are orders from higher command to have Decker's team idle during the stand. Steele can assist in clearing out the Black Void pirates from the Stellar Tether.
Quests
Sgt. Decker provides the introduction to the Stellar Tether adventure questline.
