Appearance
Her attire consists of a pink tank top and matching pink skirt that reaches halfway down her thighs. Unlike most enemies, the Soaked Raskvel can be bought off before combat begins: Captain Steele can skip straight to the sex by giving her a dose of Soak, or throw her a few credits to be on her way. If you have "Ruined" her multiple times, she may have an encounter where you can Overdose her, resulting in her being gone for 7 days.
Combat
Fighting the Soaked Raskvel is similar to fighting a Female Raskvel, but the Soaked Raskvel is more likely to do lust-centered attacks. If the Soaked Raskvel mentions "throwing the wrong 'nades'", she will attempt to do a lust attack afterwards. If fighting the Soaked Raskvel while she is high on Soak, she starts at 90 lust and is far more likely to do lust-centered attacks.
