Description
The Raskvel Dockmaster is the lead ship vendor and repairman on Tarkus.
Appearance
The dockmaster is a violet-skinned beauty with mechanically-augmented limbs of silver and gold that far outshine the murky gunmetals of everything else in the dock. A chrome mount runs down her spine and holds up a segmented techno-tail, and glowing metal caps are locked firmly around the tips of her long flapping ears. She’s a muscular lady with plenty of curve, and – especially when you consider her compared to most other rasks you’ve seen – happens blessed with a pair of plush jiggly E-cups that fight to escape an oil-stained apron. Her ass is a thing of broad beauty that puts the term ‘heart-shaped’ to shame, especially since it’s framed by silver and gold like all works of art deserve.
Only a little dark makeup accentuates her features, but they’re mostly obscured by the natural bright and flowing feathers of her hair.

The Raskvel Dockmaster can be best surmised by her only talk scene in the game:

Interactions
The player can buy the Moondast Gruss and several other ship parts and upgrades from the Dockmaster. The player can also pay for the Dockmaster to Repair their ship. The formula for the repair cost is var cost:Number = Math.round((shits["SHIP"].HPMax() - shits["SHIP"].HP())/10).
Which means your ship's max HP minus 10% of your ships current HP.
Furthermore, if you engage in penetrative sex with the Dockmaster with a Virility of 50 or greater. The Dockmaster will lay up to 20 eggs after 5 days. If the player approaches her while she's giving birth she will give you her Panties.

The player can have sex with the Dockmaster by Flirting with her. The player can Flirt with her while talking to her or while she’s repairing your ship if it's been severely damaged and if they have genitals. When activated, a scene will automatically be selected based on whether or not the player has a penis and based on how tall they are.
