The XenoGen Biotech SynthSheath was a prototypical effort in their genital modification program. The device consists of a depopulated cellular matrix which functions by microsyringes on the lip and inside the shaft injecting a potent cocktail of specialized microsurgeons, equine genetic material, and a powerful cell division stimulant. In the case of a male or hermaphroditic subject, the sheath takes the cells of the existing genitals, treats them with their new genetic makeup and migrates them to their place in the cellular matrix of the sheath.
Female subjects attaching this device have their blood cells used to populate their new penis and testicles. The microsurgeons also insert a prostate near the device; genetic manipulation of the subject’s brain chemistry links the device to the subjects nervous, circulatory, and immune systems to prevent phantom limb disorder and tissue rejection.
Acquisition
Can be found in the wilds of Tarkus. The first one can be found at a crash site close to the main outlet of Novahome. A second horse-cock can be found afterwards, showing up at random (1% chance) in the plains, ridges, or coast of the wastes.
Usage
This item is worn on use. In doing so, the sheath will have immediate permanent effects on the player character, or will have no effect.
This item can also be given to certain NPCs, although the player must typically unlock this option through interactions with them first. So far, the list of compatible characters includes Penny (after she admits she wishes to be a futanari), Delilah (by telling Beth to feminize him and then meeting him on Canadia Station), Sylvie, and Tuuva (must have Rel 75 or more and spoken to her about her dick).
