Can be encountered if you volunteer to take your cousin's place during encounter with Maven Jaqui Fassbin in final room of Farrow Facility.

After finishing the Dhaal quest, if the Farrow Facility was not owned by Bright Water, a rumor can be randomly encountered in the streets of Dhaal. Afterward, Harru can also be encountered in Bright Water owned milk bar on Dhaal, where she will ask if you want to sign up for some tf trials to help brightwater develop a zaika transformative (The same trials as when you volunteer in farrow facility.) Each trial can only be done once, has some permanent side-effects, and you will be paid for each trial. Each trial results in a sexual encounter.

Three days after meeting her, she will sell cans of Twilit (Zaika tf) for 500 per.
