History/Personality/Information of Note
Roo is a Black Jack Dealer. She very much enjoys the act of watching; As a card dealer in a casino, she spends much of her time relishing in the expressions and behavior of the players as they try to win in addition to their reactions to either winning or losing the game and getting on winning or losing streaks. Conversely, she very much enjoys being seen by others and being fantasized over her body. As such, she fancies herself as an exhibitionist.
Her favorite food is cookies and her favorite beverage is the casino's signature beverage: "Red Tether".
Interactions
Roo can be approached within the "Treasure Nova" as the dealer to a game of blackjack in favor of the automated dealer robot. Unlike the robot, there is a general limit to how much the player can gamble through her, that limit being 5000 credits. The player must also wager a minimum of 500 credits to participate in a game.
Roo compensates this as a character by offering to talk to the player, free drinks from the bar, progressively remove articles of clothing, and eventually become open for sex.
Talk
The player can talk to Roo only when she strips a piece of clothing. If they don’t take the opportunity it’ll show up again later! The PC can’t ask Roo a question after she strips her panties. The PC then inputs their next bet, gets dialogue, and then goes automatically to the blackjack game.
