A cosmetic appearance tag, the Exposed-Chest tag plays in niche cases for scenes that have a variation where said character has said exposed part or not (exposed also requires not wearing the associated Top or Bottom item, unless said equipped item also has the appropriate exposed tag). e.g. In one of the variations for Berwyn defeat sex scenes:
Dropping to his knees, the dogboy releases his puppy-prick and instead moves his hands to your still-clothed breasts, grabbing and squeezing at them as he tears your garments away.
