Description
A slender alabaster-colored bow of Boer'alvar make. Obviously magical in nature, it has no bowstring, nor does it require arrows, and feels slightly cool to the touch.
Special Effect: Allows the use of Frost Arrow.

Allows the Champion to equip and use the At-Will power, Frost Arrow. The item must be equipped for the wielder to use the power.
As this is a Whitewood Bow, this item shares its special effect, however, the item is unobtainable, rendering its special effect useless.
Acquisition
Currently not an item the Champion can obtain.
For Etheryn, it is a parting gift from Queen Atheldred to her, if she was dealt with any other way besides the use of Abjure or Banishment during the events of Specter of the Wyld.
