Originally it had no power of its own, but it's absorbed a little of the talent from each queen to wear it. That nation no longer exists in the same fashion as it did then, but the dress maintains their legacy. It was first used in my name to repel an invasion of blood sucking monstrosities left over from the war. When that wearer's time in this world was up, my valkyries brought it here, where it has been waiting for a new champion.

Description
An elegant dress of silk, scale, and feather once worn by the first queen of Izkanti. The dress breathes like you're wearing nothing but air, but the cuirass feels like it would stop a giant's arrow. The silk-and-down combo is eminently comfortable, and on top of that the pristine white color resists smudging and dirt.
