Foreman Odoacer is a minotaur who can be found in the Khor'minos Outskirts near the entrance to the Undermountain, added in patch 0.7.28 (backer patch). To meet him, the Champion must have sex with the Minotaur Miners once or more in patch 0.7.29 or later, whether it be by winning, losing, or submitting.
Odoacer is a beefy man who likes getting anal, but is in denial about it.
