The Blue Potion is a transformative item that increases the user's penis size, labelled the blue penis potion when picked up. If the Potion is consumed during the Tutorial, there will be a special scene where the Champion and Cait will have the option to have a quickie to deal with the Champion's painfully-hard boner.

Acquisition
Can be found through Blue Potion option during the Tutorial after defeating the 2nd wave of cultists.
Effects
This item will be consumed on use and in doing so, one or more of the effects listed below will randomly occur. If the Champion has all of the listed effects or does not meet the transformation condition, there will be no effect. Unless stated, these new effects will overwrite all existing types or tags of a certain body part. Unlike most Transformative Items, the Blue Potion cannot be Alchemically refined.
