Foreman Odoacer is a minotaur who can be found in the Khor'minos Outskirts near the entrance to the Undermountain, added in patch 0.7.28 (backer patch). To meet him, the Champion must have fought the Minotaur Miners. Written by Knife-Wielding Crab.
