Omega Oil can be obtained as a random drop from Milodan Male and Milodan Priestess on Uveto.

Omega Oil can also be purchased for 650 credits on Tavros Station from a vending machine just outside of Beth's Busty Broads, as well as the vending machine in Burt's Mead Hall on Mhen'ga.

This item is applied on use. In doing so, the oil will have immediate effects on the player character. Each subsequent dose will have a chance to add a heat status effect with increasing effects. Anal sex while under any of these effects will reduce the stage of the heat (Fuck Fever -> Flushed -> Strangely Warm).
