If the "Dumbfuck" data has not been viewed in the CODEX, the item cannot be used until doing so.

This item will be consumed on use after the player has consented to being sure about using it. In doing so, the drug will have various temporary and permanent effects on the player character, periodically decreasing intelligence and increasing libido while the temporary effects of the drug are still active.
