ManUp is a cocktail of chemicals, hormones and nanomachines engineered by JoyCo guaranteed to "make a man out of you". This product, like the feminizing transformatives, is banned in some planets for the same reasons. JoyCo has managed to circumvent these bans with clever lobbying and a patched variant that doesn't transform feminine genders.

The injector is filled with a transparent blue fluid. The box guarantees its user facial masculinization with every use, among other side effects such as: reduction in hip, lip, breast and butt size, increases in muscle tone, and growth of facial hair. In some cases, consumers who do not possess male anatomy may grow a penis or a pair of balls.

This item is applied on use. In doing so, the drug will have immediate permanent effects on the player character (limited to how physically effeminate the character is) gradually increasing libido, or will have no effect.
