Description
This spear-like embodiment of Rimescore is entirely crystalline and cold to the touch; it's not a pole you want to stick your tongue to. Frozen air exudes from this weapon like breath from a living creature, billowing forth steadily and rhythmically; through force of will, you can shape the spear so it's long and smooth — perfect for throwing or puncturing — or cause sharp fractal growths to erupt from haft or point.
When you look at it, you can't shake the feeling that you're also looking at yourself.
Special Effect: Allows the use of Cone of Cold.

Allows the Champion to equip and use the Encounter power, Cone of Cold. The item is not needed for the Champion to use the power.
Acquisition
Obtained when deciding to Keep the Rimescore and have it shaped into the Glacial Spike, instead of the Polar Edge or Hoarfrost, during the events of Howling in the Dark.
It should be noted that keeping the shaped Rimescore raises Corruption by (+30)(until 75) .
