Description
A large, translucent crystal chunk which floats and follows you at shoulder height. Exuding out from the crystalline chunk, frozen air spews out like breath from a living creature, billowing forth steadily and rhythmically.
As you observe the gently floating crystal, you can't shake the feeling that you're also looking at yourself.
Special Effect: Allows the use of Cone of Cold.

Allows the Champion to equip and use the Encounter power, Cone of Cold. The item is not needed for the Champion to use the power.
Acquisition
Obtained when deciding to Keep the Rimescore and have it shaped into the Hoarfrost, instead of the Glacial Spike or Polar Edge, during the events of Howling in the Dark.
It should be noted that keeping the shaped Rimescore raises Corruption by (+30)(until 75) .
