When first entering The Wild Stallion along the main street of Khor'minos and interacting with the Catfolk, Katya, the Champion learns that she found her way to the city looking for her younger brother. However, following the lockdown and asking the locals about the mining company that he was with, she learns that the company has been missing for weeks.

After a couple of days, one of the miners from the company comes back. Taking his return and story about some other miners running away to Windy Peaks as an indication that her brother could still be alive, Katya asks the Champion to look for him.

Acquisition

The Champion has Talked to Katya at least once and asked about Herself and Family. After at least 2 days pass, talking to her again and choosing What's Up? will obtain the quest.

0	Talk to Katya, selecting What's Up?	Katya has asked you to go check on her brother, after receiving a possible lead. She's told you that her brother's crew likely made their way towards the Windy Peaks, after heading north of the old waystation.
1	In the Undermountain after entering Zone 2 from the South.	You've seen the old waystation, abandoned after some sort of attack. Knowing this, the miners likely evacuated towards the Windy Peaks.
2	Search the prospector's camp in Windy Peaks and Take or Leave the bracers.	The camp was utterly destroyed when you found it. It seems the prospectors thought they had made it to safety before something presumably ambushed them, and the devastation of the site seems to confirm the worst. You may as well return to Katya.
3	Returning to The Wild Stallion and talking to Katya.	Katya was pretty torn up over the news, but thanked you for your efforts. There's nothing more you can do.

Quick Summary

• 1. Talk to Katya in The Wild Stallion, the first location to the East when entering the main street of Khor'minos.
• 2. Choose the Herself followed by Family dialogue options.
• 3. After 2 days have passed, talk to her again and choose What's Up?.
• 4. Travel to Zone 2 of the Undermountain, where the second Southernmost tile will trigger a journal update.
• 5. Travel to Windy Peaks, where a new tile with an exclamation mark along the Southwest where you first entered will appear.
• 6. Search the prospector's camp.
• 7. Optional: Take the bracers and defeat the Destabilized Elemental in combat.
• 8. Return to Katya in The Wild Stallion.
