Charline is retired harpy of the Royal Auxiliary Corps, and served her service patrolling the Coastlands. During her service, she would meet her husband, an orc raider named Rothar Skullcrusher, who gave her the scar she has over her belly with his giant cleaver - she made him pay for that for thirty years. A year after his passing, her daughters and their younglings convinced her to retire and return to the Windy Peaks. Bored with just staying in the nest and tending to the children, she patrols the harpy territory of the peaks, looking for a chance to play outside like the younglings.
