Instead of having multiple categories for things that apply effects that only have useable one source (e.g. the Heart of Oak item is currently the only source for the Heart of Oak effect. Distracted's currently only useable source is from the Power Wide Sweep so it falls under this category, even though the effect can be placed on enemies when choosing the Subterfuge option at The Colosseum), this category will holds all elements that apply effects with unique/limited sources.
