The Ultra-Real Strap-on is an enchanted sex toy that a player can encounter in the Shadow Lady, the Rigard brothel. Currently, only Roa has the option to make use of this toy.

As its name suggests, the Ultra-Real Strap-on is an enchanted dildo, stylised to resemble a "larger than average" sized human phallus and testes. When worn, magical feedback makes it as sensitive and responsive as the real thing, something hinted at by the fact that the strap-on is actually flaccid when first presented to the player.

Befitting the Shadow Lady's subtle corruption theme, the Ultra-Real Strap-on becomes increasingly attached to the player, displaying new notices about how hard it is to take off roughly every five uses.
