Description
Riley is a fellow planet rusher who can be encountered in the wilds between the dates July 4 to July 11 (real time) at a 1/20 chance, or a random 1/200 chance if outside that date range and with Silly Mode turned on. The planets she appears on include: Mhen'ga, Tarkus, New Texas and Phaedra.
Her initial encounter is a unique encounter that can only be triggered once per year. Because of the nature of her encounter, she should not appear while in the middle of a major mission or timed event.
Appearance
[...] The bison’s back is strapped with a bulky, chromed machine hugging its haunches: a fireworks launcher, belching out a streaking, screaming rocket every few seconds. The brilliant flashes overhead actually manage to distract you from the truly unique aspect of the creature for a few moments...
There’s a woman on top of it.
Or rather, half a woman, hips growing out of where the buffalo’s neck ought to be. Sun-kissed tan skin glistens in the moonlight, almost entirely bare save for a string bikini desperately arresting a pair of beach ball-sized jugs. The pair of massive mounds are held back only by a pair of star-spangled cloth triangles and a glowing hardlight pin, threatening to spill out with their owner’s every breath. Golden hair spills down around her shoulders, held back by a bright blue holo-feather headband tucked between a pair of short bull’s horns and perky blue cow-ears.
Her body build will vary based on what the player chooses to see. Her body types include: Statuesque, Toned, Amazonian and Ripped.

Riley is an incredibly jubilant individual who likes to party. Also drink.
She is made of 100% FREEDOM BEEF.
Interactions
While traveling in the wilds, Captain Steele may run into Riley setting off fireworks to celebrate one of her homeworld's holidays, Liberation Day. She will invite Steele to Join Her and enjoy the festivities. If Steele chooses to do so, Riley will share her burgers and beer and make some small talk.
When she attempts to set off more fireworks, her rocket launcher will malfunction and she will ask for Steele's help to fix it. Steele can choose to help or leave. Flirting with her will lead to sex. Helping her in a chaste way may lead to sex depending on Steele's willpower (and whether or not Steele has a penis (to be aroused by her musky scent).
After the mini-party, Riley will re-gear and be out on her way, mentioning she would like to meet Steele again sometime.
